How to Book a Mumbai Airport Cab
Booking an airport cab well is mostly about giving your provider the right information early, rather than leaving things to be figured out on the day.
Start with your flight number. Sharing this lets your driver check for delays and adjust the pickup timing without you needing to call and update them separately.
Confirm your exact pickup point — your home address, hotel name, or a specific terminal and gate for arrivals. At Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, this also means specifying whether you’re at T1 (domestic) or T2 (international).
For departures, build in buffer time. Mumbai traffic can vary significantly by time of day and season, and it’s better to arrive at the airport early than to risk missing a flight over an optimistic pickup time.
Book in advance wherever possible — at least a day ahead is a sensible minimum, and earlier for very early morning or late-night flights when driver availability can be tighter.
Amigo Car Hire’s airport cab booking form is designed around exactly this information: flight number, pickup point, and preferred time, so we can plan your transfer properly from the start.
